How it works.

You decide after each step whether to carry on, and keep what you have if you stop.

  1. We look

You get a page showing how the job works today.

We follow one real job from start to finish with the people who do it, and write down where it slows down. You keep the notes even if we build nothing.

  2. We build a first version

    You get something to try.

A small working version that fixes the most annoying part, in the hands of the people who’ll use it.

  3. You try it

You find out if it really helps.

A few people use it on real work for a few weeks. We agree first what “better” means (time saved, fewer mistakes), then compare. You decide whether to carry on.
