This website
The information here is general and is provided in good faith. It describes what we do and how we work. It is not an offer, a quotation or a promise of particular results. We try to keep it accurate, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or up to date.
Work for clients
Anything we build or run for you is covered by a separate written agreement. Where that agreement and this page differ, the agreement applies.
Examples
Records, figures and screens shown on this site use sample data. They are illustrations and are not records of any real customer or result.
Pictures and film
The historical pictures and the short film clip on this site are in the public domain. Their sources are listed at the foot of every page. They show the world our work replaces and are not pictures of our clients, our staff or our systems.
Our content
The words, design and software on this site belong to CriteriaTech Automations. You may link to the site and quote short extracts with credit. Please ask before copying more.
Using the site
Please use the site lawfully and do not try to interfere with it or with the systems that serve it. Existing clients sign in to their own workspace through the link in the footer, and that sign-in is covered by the agreement they hold with us.
Links
We are not responsible for the content of sites we link to.
Limits of our responsibility
We are not liable for loss arising from your use of the information on this site, except where the law does not allow us to exclude it. Nothing here limits your legal rights as a consumer or our responsibility for anything the law says we cannot limit.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Questions about them can be sent to [email protected].
