Who we are
CriteriaTech Automations runs this website. If you have a question about your information, write to [email protected].
What this site collects
This site does not use cookies, advertising trackers or analytics, and it has no database or account system. Nothing you type into it is stored on the site itself.
To show example prices in your own currency, the page asks our server which country your visit comes from. Cloudflare works this out from your connection. Only the country is used, in your browser, and it is not stored.
If you contact us
The contact form and the closing form open your own email app with a message ready to send. Nothing is sent until you send it. If you do, we receive your email address, your name if you give it, and whatever you write. We use it only to reply and to keep a record of the conversation.
Our email, including messages sent to our address and our replies, is handled by Google Workspace, which processes it only to deliver and store it for us.
Our hosting
The site is served from our own server and passes through Cloudflare, which protects it and delivers it. Like any website, the server and Cloudflare process technical details of each visit, such as your IP address and the page requested, for security and to keep the site running. We do not use these details to identify you or to build profiles.
Why we may use your information
We reply to your enquiry because you asked us to, and we keep a record of the conversation because it is in our legitimate interest to do so.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted after twelve months. Enquiries that do lead to work become part of the records of that work, which are covered by our written agreement with you.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
If we change this page, we will change the date at the top.
